Use the included sounds

Default sounds are ready locally, but viewers cannot trigger anything until you create a Twitch command, reward or automation.

  1. 1Leave Sound effects enabled under Local safety.
  2. 2Test a sound from Local soundboard to confirm Windows audio output.
  3. 3On the Twitch dashboard create a custom command, shop reward, Channel Point action, or Companion automation that targets the sound.
  4. 4Set viewer access and cooldowns on the Twitch side before enabling the trigger.
Companion

Add a custom sound

Import local MP3, WAV, OGG or FLAC audio without uploading the file to Nexora.

  1. 1Open Sound library and choose + Add sound.
  2. 2Pick a supported local file.
  3. 3Use Test to check it, then reference the generated sound ID from a Twitch action or Automation Studio rule.
  4. 4If you remove a sound, rules that referenced it fail safely until another sound is selected.

Security note: these guides explain the normal Nexora controls. They do not create alternative admin links or bypass Discord/Twitch permissions. Sensitive actions continue to be authorised server-side for the selected account, channel or server.
