Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules for using Nexora, including the Discord bot, website, dashboard and any paid server plan.

Last updated: 13 August 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

By adding Nexora to a Discord server, signing in to the dashboard, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using Nexora, you agree to these Terms. If you are configuring Nexora for an organisation or Discord server, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Nexora or remove the bot from servers you control.

2. What Nexora provides

Nexora provides Discord community-management features such as moderation, security, logging, tickets, suggestions, giveaways, custom responses, applications, role menus, temporary voice channels, polls, invite tracking, automations, community economy features and a web dashboard. Features and limits may vary by server plan.

Nexora is an independent service that integrates with Discord. Nexora is not Discord and is not endorsed by or responsible for Discord's own services, availability or policies.

3. Eligibility and server authority

  • You must be permitted to use Discord under Discord's own terms and the law that applies to you.
  • You must have the permissions needed to add or configure Nexora for a server.
  • Server owners and administrators are responsible for deciding which Nexora modules to enable and how they are configured.
  • You are responsible for reviewing automated moderation, security, ticket and logging settings before relying on them in a live server.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Nexora to:

  • break applicable law or Discord's platform rules;
  • harass, threaten, defraud or unlawfully monitor other people;
  • abuse rate limits, intentionally overload the service or interfere with Nexora's operation;
  • attempt to bypass plan limits, access controls, security measures or another server's data;
  • use automated responses or other features to relay mass mentions, malicious links, spam or prohibited content.

5. Discord login and account security

Dashboard access uses Discord authentication. You are responsible for protecting your Discord account and for activity carried out through an authenticated session. If you believe your account or a server has been compromised, secure the Discord account first and then contact Nexora support if Nexora configuration may also be affected.

6. Free and paid server plans

Nexora subscriptions are attached to individual Discord servers rather than to a user account generally. The features, limits, price and billing period shown at checkout form part of your purchase.

  • Free features may have lower limits than Standard or Premium.
  • Paid entitlements apply only while the relevant server subscription is active.
  • A downgrade may disable paid-only behaviour without automatically deleting stored configuration, so upgrading again can restore it where the feature still exists.
  • We may change plan features or limits in the future. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated where reasonably required.

Refunds and cancellation rights are explained in the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority over conflicting wording in these Terms.

7. NexCoins and virtual items

NexCoins are an in-service virtual balance used only for Nexora community features. They are not money, cryptocurrency, stored value or a financial account, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged through Nexora for money or other legal tender.

Nexora may correct, reverse, limit or reset virtual balances where reasonably necessary to fix errors, stop abuse or protect the service. Users must not sell, buy or trade NexCoins for real-world payment through Nexora.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Nexora reliable, but no online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Discord outages, API changes, maintenance, hosting failures or emergency security work may affect availability.

We may add, change, suspend or remove functionality where needed for security, legal compliance, Discord platform changes, product improvement or service sustainability.

9. Automated moderation and security

Nexora can take automated actions based on rules selected by server administrators. Automated systems can make mistakes. Server owners and staff remain responsible for their community rules, configuration and appropriate human review of consequential actions.

Anti-Raid, Anti-Nuke, lockdown and restoration tools reduce risk but do not guarantee that every malicious action will be detected, prevented or fully reversible.

10. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Server owners should also make sure their own server rules and notices explain any logging, moderation or ticket processing they choose to enable where required by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to stop abuse, protect users or infrastructure, comply with law or Discord requirements, investigate security incidents, or address a material breach of these Terms.

You can stop using Nexora by removing the bot from your server and no longer using the dashboard. Paid subscriptions should also be cancelled through the billing method made available to you.

12. Nexora intellectual property

Nexora's software, branding, interface, graphics and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You receive only the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you or your community provide. You grant Nexora the limited permission necessary to process that content to operate the features you enable.

13. Liability

Nexora is provided with reasonable care and skill, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora is not responsible for losses caused solely by Discord or other third-party outages, administrator misconfiguration, compromised Discord accounts, or use of Nexora contrary to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow that liability to be excluded or limited, and nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

14. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, mandatory rights and rules about where you may bring a claim continue to apply and are not displaced by this section.

Please contact us first if there is a problem so we have an opportunity to resolve it informally.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Nexora changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Where a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the website, dashboard, Discord or another reasonable channel.
